What you can request.
These rights depend on the context and the conditions set out in Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). You can exercise them free of charge.
Correction and transparency
Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data and obtain information about its processing and sharing.
Anonymisation and deletion
Request the anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in breach of the law. Deletion also applies to data processed with consent, subject to the legal grounds for retention.
Data portability
Request that your data be transferred to another provider, in accordance with applicable regulations and subject to the protection of trade and industrial secrets.
Consent and objection
Withdraw consent and learn about the consequences of not providing it. Object to processing carried out without consent when it does not comply with the LGPD.
Automated decisions
Request a review of decisions made solely through automated processing that affect your interests, as well as information about the criteria and procedures used.

- Provide a way for us to reply. Avoid including passwords or sensitive documents in your initial message.
- Keep a copy of your request and any replies you receive.
If the party responsible for processing your data does not address your request, or if the response is unsatisfactory, you can submit a petition to the ANPD with evidence of your previous attempt. The official service also provides guidance on reporting violations.
